clothes to fall over in

Did you know that Luella always gives her shows great names... Dial F for Fluoro; Daddy I want a Pony; Cowboys and Indians at Glastonbury and that when she started out she claimed to make "the kind of clothes you can get drunk and fall over in"

specsy

Apparently the Bloomsbury set meets David Hockney in Paul Smith's new collection encapsulating the creative individualism of London bohemia (phew what a tongue twister!).

I love love love the glasses but of course I don't need them, you know what they say about eating carrots and all. But wearing glasses is so this season, check out Brit lovely Alexa Chung. I have long admired her cute preppy style and these glasses just topped off her look nicely - so chic!

come and get me!

I just uploaded some fresh new drawings into my little boutique...

yellow fever

Sometimes as a designer you think I'll go all sophisticated and romantic with a bit of nude chiffon and some bell sleeves and then you think; no blow it, i'm going to stick an acid yellow flamenco frill on the bottom, lets see how they like that, and we do Domenico et Stefano , we really do.

I heart Topshop!

I heart Topshop!

Is it really true? they're opening Topshop in America, I've heard lots of rumours but nothing concrete. I wish they'd sort it out, I miss my fix when I'm staying over the atlantic!

Let's party!

I love Betsey Johnson's Spring Summer show, it was a homage to the prom night, a tradition we are sadly missing over here in Blighty. The show ran from the fifties (huge crinolines) to the sixties (empire waists) through the seventies (lots of daisies) and the eigties and ninties (trashy sparkles) to now (cute SATC style) I loved it all - Let's go party!
