On Thursday I wore Sabyasachi...Just discovered this Indian label after they showed on the New York catwalk, now I'm dreaming of monkeys and mangoes and painted elephants!

On Thursday I wore Sabyasachi...

On Tuesday I wore Giambattista Valli...
I've had a little makeover at the shop and have also added some new goodies for you to peruse. First up is this new print titled 'What Shall I Wear Today?' made up of some of my own outfit designs. I'm particularly partial to the 50's specs and knitting bag! You can click on the image above for a closer look. The print is available here.
I have also added some new postcard packs, get yours quick because from previous experience they sell out fast! There is also the new photographic prints of my travels round the world here and another print titled The Red Glasses available here

As you can see from the photo our next stop was India and here you can see me enjoying the beautiful sunset at the Taj Mahal. For the first time in three days of being in India there wasn't a soul around to ask to take a photo of us (There are a lot of people in India and it feels like they all want to meet you at the same time!) so Sonny couldn't be in this one but I assure you the Taj Mahal was a very romantic place... and india itself is amazing, so much to look at. You don't need to plan anything just wandering around is interesting enough and they do a mean curried carrot!
After I left my parents to their 'rekindling the love' cruise down the Nile I nipped over to New York City to meet Sonny, where as you know I have a very cute apartment. We had a couple of days to spare in the itinerary and so decided to do some of the touristy things that I've been meaning to do for an age and never got round to. One of which was going to the top of the Empire State Building. Can you believe I've been coming to New York for practically my whole life and have never done it. Let me tell you It's definitely worth the inordinately long queue for the elevator - 102 floors up and you feel as if you are on top of the world! I loved looking down on central park - a perfectly square slice of oasis amongst the craziness of it all and that skyline is still the most iconic of them all...

Went to a rather marvelous wedding at the weekend and I got such a good response from this outfit that I decided to revisit the the rather marvelous Viktor and Rolf spring collection. I know Viktor and Rolf is a unusual choice for a wedding but it did say 'look gorgeous' on the invite. Sonny thought I succeeded. Though he preferred it later on that night when I had to take off the stockings due to the heat generated from the dance floor marathon! He said they reminded him of the time he offered to help his aunt with her crazy paving. He dropped a slab on his paw leaving him with the childhood nickname Hopalong... he so shouldn't have told me about that... serious ammunition for the next time he tries flirting with a table of single ladies he gets seated with! =;x)
