Parasol Girl
What a shock Galliano leaving Dior was and it did overshadow the show somewhat. I actually considered boycotting the whole thing and not showing you my Spring Summer 2011 Dior outfit but I couldn't not. It is just so beautiful. I will only be wearing it this once and then it will be going into storage like a lonely and folourn Miss Haversham. I just hope some good comes of this sordid incident.
On a brighter note, how do you like the new blog design? I have been meaning to have a spring clean for a while. I have also added a few new sections along the top one of which is totally dedicated to you guys, my gorgeous fans. The Resort Advent Calendar No.6
On the sixth day of Christmas...
I wore Christian Dior!I'm having lunch with Daddy today and I thought I should make a bit of an effort, especially if I am to persuade him to let me continue with my designer advent calendar. He spotted my gold card bill and literally gulped out loud! I had stupidly left it lying around, next month it will be going straight to the recycling via the shredder. What he doesn't know won't hurt him or his bank balance =;x)
I tried on a couple of equally elegant designs and was almost swayed by the lilac but animal print is so this season darlings

deck the halls!
it's party season and though I have been rockin around the christmas tree in these festive red tights from Jasmine De Milo I can't wait to put on my very special Christian Dior couture frock and spin around the dance floor with my favourite long eared friend!

so anyway, Sonny wasn't impressed with yesterdays blue mac, he said Aquascutum was for grannies. I did try to tell him that it may be a very traditional established brand but thanks to design duo Herz-Fidler there has been new life injected into the label, but he insisted that its not good for me to wear his mothers all time favorite label, he has got a point I guess?? anyway I'll show him, she loves Christian Dior but i can't see her getting away with this little number - not with her varicose veins!
